Evaluation

We assess the current value of your home by using comparable sales in your market area and through assessment of your homes current state. Your home will be overviewed by us to determine what upgrades of fixes are needed to establish the largest return on investment. After an approximate renovation cost is determined, we will disclose to you the cost of renovations to be completed.

Fix

Renovations will commence on your home on signing the initial contract where you agree to the estimated renovation cost. We will not exceed that estimate and at this stage we will disclose to you the improvements we intend to perform on your home. All costs of renovations are financed by us throughout this process and we will never ask the home-owner for a penny. These costs are recovered on time of close of the property and if the renovations do not bring the initial value of the property + cost of renovations, we will refund the homeowner up to 25% of the renovation cost. We have great belief in this process and its success but we like to have a stake in the process as well to ensure we achieve you the most money possible.

List It

After the renovations are complete we bring in professional stagers and photographers to ensure your home presents itself in the best manner to assist in driving the price up. This is coupled with the marketing of your home on the Realtor networks and optimization of multiple advertising options to not only achive the best price but sell the home in a timely manner as well.
